Requirements:

  1. Close account connected.

Creating or updating CRM Workflow:

  1. Enter a name for your workflow

  2. Select CRM Account: In there you should select your Close account.

  3. Configure "When this happens":

    1. Select the workflow trigger:

      1. Lead completed form.

      2. Meeting schedule inside a form.

      3. Meeting schedule in meeting link.

    2. Depending on the trigger you selected you have to add to select the form or the meeting link.

    3. Also if you selected "Lead completed form" or "Meeting scheduled inside a form" you have to add also the routes that you want to trigger this workflow.

  4. Configure "Do this":

    1. By default you have an action for matching your Leadsvibe form fields with your Close fields.

    2. On that section you can also choose which user(s) should own the lead inside your CRM (Note: if you selected a meeting trigger this option will be disabled since we are going to assign the owner of the wining of the round robin users of the meeting link)

    3. Optionally you can mark if contact already exists, to change the owner or leave the old contact owner.

    4. Choose Close Owner Field: Select the contact owner field of Close so the system its going to add that owner when created a lead + contact in Close.

    5. Matching fields:

      1. CRM Field: a list of all your Close fields + your custom fields.

      2. Value: You can hardcore a value or add form / events variables.

      3. Create or update: Here you can mark what happens if the contact exists or not:

        • Create: If no contact is found in the CRM using the email, a new one will be created with this field

        • Update: If a contact is found in the CRM using the email, this field will be updated

      4. You can add more row to match more fields clicking on the "+ Add a field" button.

    6. Optionally you can add a note or a task to the lead by clicking on the "+ Add action" button.
